Dubai-based mobile home wellness and beauty services business available as a turnkey two-car operation.
The business has been built for an absentee owner. An experienced operations manager and lead therapist are in place to handle the daily running of the teams, including staff coordination, schedules, service standards, supplies and customer issues. The owner’s role is mainly remote oversight, financial controls and approvals.
The two-car operating model supports eight therapists and two drivers. Services are provided directly at customers’ homes across Dubai. A central studio is used for staff accommodation, storage, laundry and operational coordination. There is no expensive customer-facing salon fit-out and the business does not depend on walk-in traffic.
Customer demand is generated through an established third-party booking marketplace, together with the company’s own website and direct booking channels. The business also has its own booking system, AI-assisted customer communication and CRM, including cash-audit controls, expense tracking and owner approvals. These systems provide strong remote visibility and allow the business to be managed without the owner being involved in every booking.
At the conservative two-car base case, annual company revenue is approximately AED 880,731 excluding VAT, with annual operating profit of approximately AED 158,556 after fully loaded operating expenses and reserves. At higher utilisation of 3.5 completed bookings per therapist per day, projected annual company revenue increases to approximately AED 1,027,524, with projected annual operating profit of approximately AED 294,108.
The proposed sale is intended to include the operating company and licence, the two-vehicle operating platform, professional equipment, brand, website, booking and CRM systems, operating procedures, customer-acquisition channels, supplier and recruitment setup, and the existing management structure, subject to the final agreed transaction scope.
The model is scalable. Additional vehicles and therapist teams can be added as demand increases, without opening expensive retail branches.
