We are seeking an experienced investor-operator to take over the operations of 11 currently operating supermarket outlets across the UAE. This is a unique opportunity for a party with strong financial backing and proven retail management experience to operate an established, active multi-location supermarket network under a structured monthly payment arrangement.
Opportunity Details:
11 supermarket outlets, all currently operating, located across the UAE
Operator to fully invest in and manage day-to-day operations
Operator responsibilities include:
Stock procurement and inventory management for all outlets
Rental payments for each location
Staff salaries and payroll management
Fixed monthly payment of AED 25,000 per outlet payable to the owner (total AED 275,000/month across all 11 supermarkets) — fixed regardless of outlet performance
Operator Requirements:
Proven experience operating retail/supermarket outlets (multi-location experience preferred)
Strong financial capacity to fund stock, rent, and payroll across 11 locations from day one
Ability to manage operations, staffing, and supply chains at scale
UAE trade license or ability to establish one (if applicable)
