A fully operational multi specialty polyclinic with a separate pharmacy is now available for acquisition in International City, Dubai. Established in April 2024, the business has quickly grown into a trusted neighborhood healthcare provider and has recently reached monthly profitability.

The current owner is based in Chennai, India, and is seeking a strategic buyer or medical professional to take over this well established setup.

The clinic is positioned in one of the most active and well regarded clusters of International City, benefiting from strong residential density and limited competition as the only full fledged polyclinic in the surrounding area.

The premises span approximately 2,000 sq. ft., with a total combined area of around 2,500 sq. ft. including the pharmacy. Annual rent is approximately AED 260,000, with the lease expiring in February 2026.

The clinic offers a comprehensive range of medical services including gynecology, pediatrics, dentistry, and general practice. It features four consultation rooms, two treatment rooms, an ultrasound machine, and a fully equipped dental setup with laser technology.

Combined monthly revenue for the clinic and pharmacy exceeds AED 200,000, supported by a steady patient flow of 35–40 patients per day and 1,200–1,500 monthly walk ins. Repeat patient rates are strong at 75–80%. While 2024 served as a ramp up period, the business achieved monthly profitability in the last quarter of 2025.

With improving demographics, upcoming metro connectivity, and operational maturity, revenue is projected to grow by 50% in 2026, reaching an estimated AED 300,000 per month.

The business is fully insured with eleven major insurance partners onboard, including NAS, Neuron, Nextcare, Inayah, Al Madallah, NGI, E Care, and FMC. It also maintains strong referral relationships with IMH Hospital, Fakeeh University Hospital, nearby clinics, and local supermarkets.
