An established industrial company in the UAE is looking for a Managing Partner to join and actively manage a metal fabrication plant specializing in the production of metal fabricated products for the Oil and Gas industry.
Company is qualified with more than 60 major government and private oil companies.
Memorandum of understanding is available for more than 60M AED jobs.
Requirements:
- Investment of at least AED 1M required to become a Managing Partner.
- Minimum 3 years experience in fabrication, IT or Oil and Gas industry as a Managing Director / Partner.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
Detailed partnership structure will be discussed with qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all plant operations, production activities, staff and business functions.
- Negotiate and close government contracts and agreements with principals.
- Manage tender submissions and project execution.
- Identify new business opportunities.
