3. In-house delivery (we have only started doing this now, to retain gym members as customers when they stop their membership AND increase the frequency of packages redemption / renewals)
4. Partnerships with other gyms or paddle clubs nearby (also not explored)
And the 5th point below would have required more owner involvement, and this was not our vision:
5. Multi-location expansion: opening in other gyms around Dubai, or even having a kiosk at smaller gyms once a week (protein shakes and smoothies only require ice boxes for pre-packed ingredients and a blender.)

Historically, the business has relied primarily on in-house footfall, which keeps marketing costs near zero. A new owner could choose to diversify customer acquisition beyond this base.
