An opportunity to acquire an established recyclables collection and transport business operating across Abu Dhabi, trading continuously since 2007.
The company holds the special permits required to collect and transport recyclable waste in the Emirate — a licensed and regulated activity that is difficult and slow for a new entrant to replicate. This regulatory position, rather than the equipment alone, is the core asset.
Services are provided to contracting, industrial, commercial and residential clients on both scheduled and on-demand collection. Bins are individually numbered and allocated by client and site, with 380 currently deployed across more than 42 districts.
The client base is genuinely fragmented: around 63% of deployed bins sit with small or single-bin accounts and no single client group represents more than approximately 9%.
Operations run end-to-end on an integrated ERP platform covering routes, bins, fleet and billing, which allows the business to be managed with limited day-to-day owner involvement. The company operates from a leasehold yard in a central location, consolidating parking, storage and in-house vehicle maintenance on one site and keeping collection routes short.
The owner is willing to support a structured handover.
